Intended for US Audiences Only

This Online Privacy Statement applies to Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) collected by Convergency LLC ("Convergency") on web sites and other online resources (such as mobile applications, email, and other downloadable tools) that link to this statement.

Convergency is aware of our visitors’ concern for privacy when using our web sites and online resources. We want to give our web site visitors and online resource users the opportunity to know what information we collect about them, how it is collected, how it is used, to whom it is or may be disclosed, and how they can limit the use of personally identifiable information.

Please be sure to read this entire Online Privacy Statement before using or submitting information to us through this web site or online resource. By using this web site or online resource, you agree to the terms of this Online Privacy Statement. Whenever you submit information via this web site or online resource, you consent to the collection, use and the disclosure of that information in accordance with this Online Privacy Statement.

I. Data We Collect and How We Use It

A. Personally Identifiable Information

“Personally Identifiable Information” is information that directly identifies you or could reasonably be used in combination with other publicly available information to identify you. Examples of Personally Identifiable Information include your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other information in combination with such identifiers, such as survey information and site registration information.

Certain areas of our web site and online resources enable you to submit Personally Identifiable Information to us. For example, our web site may allow you to contact us to ask questions or provide comments or feedback, or you may be given the opportunity to complete a survey or register to take part in one of our services. We may use the information you provide to fulfill the requested service, to respond to your inquiry or comment, to help improve our web site and our services, or to send updates or notices about our company and the products and services we offer that we think may be of interest to you. We may also use your Personally Identifiable Information for market research purposes, such as to invite you to participate in surveys about our products.

Convergency may also combine the Personally Identifiable Information you provide through this web site or online resource with Personally Identifiable Information about you submitted on other Convergency sites. We also may combine Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to us online with our offline records as well as with records provided by third parties. We use this consolidated information to help us better design Convergency web sites, online resources, and products, to communicate information to you, to enhance our marketing and research activities, and to facilitate other business functions.

B. Visitor Tracking Information Automatically Collected Through Your Use of a Convergency Web site or Online Resource.

Our web site and online resources automatically collect other information that does not directly identify you, but may nevertheless correspond with you or to a particular computer or device. Convergency and its affiliated third parties working on our behalf (such as web analytic services providers or advertising network services) use this information to compile aggregate statistics concerning use of the site, analyze trends, and otherwise administer and improve the site. Collection and use of this information enables us to deliver content that is tailored to your interests and preferences based on your past activity on the site.

How does our site respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals?

Certain web browsers and other programs may be used to signal your preferences to Convergency about how or whether Convergency or third parties may collect information about your online activities. Currently, Convergency does not respond to such signals.

Information collected and techniques used to collect this information include, but may not be limited to, the following:

Internet Protocol Addresses
This web server captures the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of each connection to our web site and the specific web pages visited during that connection. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider so you can access the Internet. This number may change each time you connect to the internet (“dynamic IP address”) or it may remain constant (“static IP address”). If you use a mobile or other computing device to access our web sites or online resources, or mobile applications, we may also collect information about your mobile or other computing device, such as the device ID, and type, and information about your Convergency website or online resource visit.

This web site may use a tracking technology called a “cookie.” A cookie is a small data file that a web site can place on your computer’s hard drive, where your internet browser files are kept. Cookies enable us to recognize when a computer being used to browse our web site has previously visited a Convergency web site. Cookies can also be used to enable a site to ‘remember’ the information a visitor has previously inputted, should that visitor so choose. Cookies may be placed on your computer both by us and by third parties with whom we have a relationship, such as web analytic services and advertising network services. Most internet browsers allow you to change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it, or to automatically accept or refuse all cookies. Please be aware that some functionality of our web site that relies on the use of cookies may not be available should you choose to refuse all cookies.

In addition, the Digital Advertising Alliance maintains a web site where consumers can opt-out from receiving interest-based advertising from some or all of the network advertising companies participating in the program -

Web Beacons
On certain web pages or in e-mails we send to you, we may utilize a technology called a “web beacon” (also known as an “action tag” or “clear GIF technology”). We may use web beacons, for example, to help determine which email messages sent by us were opened and whether a message was acted upon. Web beacons also help analyze the effectiveness of web sites by measuring, for example, the number of visitors to a site or how many visitors clicked on key elements of a site.

Social Media Plugins
This site may use social plugins (e.g., the Facebook “Like” button) to enable you to post or easily share information with others. When you visit our site, the operator of the social plugin may be able to place a cookie on your computer, enabling that operator to recognize individuals who have previously visited our site. If you are logged into the associated social media web site (e.g., Facebook, discussion boards, blogs, wikis,) while browsing on our web site, the social plugin allows that social media web site to receive information that you have visited our web site. The social plugin may also allow the social media web site to share information about your activities on our web site with other users of their social media web site. For more information about the information shared via a particular social media plugin, you should refer to that social media site’s privacy statement.
